Nick stops walking, turning around to see the face of an angry woman, his wife, whom he never wanted to upset. “N-no it’s my fault.” Nick says quickly, hoping to have saved himself. She narrows her eyes icily at him. Guess not. “This was our fucking anniversary dinner, Nicholas, and now it’s ruined.” she said. Nick could tell what was going to happen next, and if he was right she wouldn’t talk to him for the rest of the night, crying in her—their—bedroom for the rest of the night. And Kevin always said to never go to bed angry, and he wasn’t going to start that altercation right away. Not on this date. Not today, of all days. As his wife tries to walk towards their bedroom, angrily, Nick grabs her, feeling her wrestle in his grasp. As soon as Nick’s hands graze both of her hips, preventing her form walking, she surrenders, her breath climbing in her throat because of how dangerously close he is to her center. Nick grabs her jaw, pushing their lips together as she feels relief on her hips, and for a moment they were gone until she felt her dress hit the floor. In a blink of an eye Nick had pushed her against the back wall, hoisting her up until her legs wrapped around his waist. Blindly, she fumbles with his tie, and soon enough he’s in nothing but his boxers, and they fumbled towards the bedroom. Upon throwing her on the bed, Nick’s already one step ahead of her as he thrusts into her center, causing a loud yelp from her mouth, breaking the silence like glass. “Happy Anniversary, baby.” Nick says, matching her broken breaths with his sloppy thrusts as they met together again and again.
